Zemil Jewelers stands behind their merchandise 100%. Although unlikely, if you are not happy with your selection you may return it within 14 days for a full refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.
All sales are final on custom made or special order items, as well as items that have been engraved or modified.
To return an item purchased online please contact us at 941-312-5566 for a Return Authorization Number. Packages must be addressed to:
Zemil, Inc.
In no way denote Jewelers on the package. The RA number must be printed on the front of the box, we will not accept packages without on RA number. All unaltered jewelry being returned must have the original tag on the item.
